It’s really important to know when the market is opening and closing. As forex is not centralized market and it is scattered in four major markets.

• 2.     Tokyo(Japan)
• 3.     London(U.K)
• 4.     New York(U.S.A)

These four markets cover all the time (24 hours)for forex market. It’s also important to know that two common time frames are usually used in the forex market. EST and GMT/UTC.

Pakistan is +5 GMT/UTC and      +10 EST

Trader should know the time setting accordingly as per their country time specification.

According to Pakistan the time frame of major markets are as below.

کابینہ اجلاس میں جہیز کے خاتمے کے لیے مجوزہ بل پیش کیا گیا جس کے مطابق سندھ میں جہیز 50 ہزار سے زیادہ نہیں ہوگا، مہندی کے گفٹس یا اخراجات 50 ہزارسے زیادہ نہیں ہوں گے۔مجوزہ بل کے متن میں کہا گیا ہےکہ کسی دباؤ پرجہیز حاصل کرنے پر پابندیہوگی، دُلہا یا اس کے اہلخانہ کسی بھی طرح جہیز کا مطالبہ نہیں کریں گے جب کہ پابندیوں کی خلاف وزری پر 6 ماہ سزا اور بھاری جرمانہ ہوگا۔کابینہ اجلاس میں صوبائی وزیر منظور وسان نے بل میں پیش کی گئی تجاویز پر اعتراض اٹھاتے ہوئے کہا کہ جہیز کے خلاف اس طرح کی سزا دینا قانوناً مناسب نہیں۔جب کہ وزیراعلیٰ سندھ کا کہنا تھا کہ غیر ضروری مطالبات کا خاتمہ شعور پیدا کرنے سے ہوسکتا ہے، یہ تجویز ایسی ہیں جو فعال کرنا مشکل ہیں، ہمیں ایسا قانون بنانا چاہیے جو لاگو ہوسکے اور اگر کوئی جہیز لے تو اسے برا محسوس ہو۔دوسری جانب ترجمان وزیراعلیٰ سندھ نے وضاحتی بیان میں کہا ہے کہ سندھ کابینہ نے جہیز کے خاتمے سے متعلق بل منظور نہیں کیا ہے۔
