Youtube has introduce new policy for monetizing for minimizing unnecessary channels. According to new policy two things are required for the channels.
1. 4000 hours watch time
2. 1000 subscribers required
For the new channels both conditions are looking difficult but to get the required goal one can act upon the following tips.

2. Improve content
3. Add music
4. Choose hot issues or topic to react
5. Start sharing on social media
